General Return Guidelines
You can return most items purchased from Trigaine within the return window specified for each product category. Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, documentation, and any accessories.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in new and unused condition.
- Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts may not be eligible for return.
- Certain items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, personal care products, and items marked as “non-returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Return requests initiated beyond the applicable return window may not be accepted.
Return Process
To return an item:
- Go to your order history on Trigaine and select the item you wish to return.
- Follow the steps to submit a return request.
- Carefully pack the item and ship it to the designated return address provided.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
Shipping fees may not be refundable (if applicable).
Exchanges
Trigaine does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
